- 1 dwelling, 2 barns or stables, 3 wagons, 2 ploughs
- 100 acres improved with 52 acres in pasture, 20 acres salt or dyke marsh
- grew barley, rye, peas, buckwheat, 75 bushels of apples, 20 pounds of flax or hemp, 30 acres of hay, 200 bushels of potatoes and 20 bushels of turnips.
- owned 2 oxen, 7 sheep, 3 cows and 2 swine.
- there were pine and spruce on the property.
